I did not start using the e-cig as a way to completely quit smoking. I had pretty much given up on that. The transition was very easy where other nicotine delivery products did not work. having the freedom to self-medicate and at a low price has allowed me to gradually drop my nicotine addiction. I smoked over a pack a day… Had smoked for 20+ years. I may do this e-cig thing long term.. And i do believe this is a much healthier alternative to smoking.. I believe it, because my body tells me so. Caffeine and nicotine are on par with each other. I have never been a caffeine person.. it makes me ill.
